How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
